Somewhere to lay it all to rest

I'm Chelsea, a licensed clinical social worker based in Houston. I provide online therapy for adults across Texas focused on anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with people who are tired of just getting through the day and want to feel like they’re living again.

Do you feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself?

Are you struggling to feel safe, trust others, or manage persistent feelings of anxiety or low mood?

Experiences such as trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and depression can shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. In time, they make you run on empty.

“In the ecology of gardening, it is not enough to pull up the weeds. If we want something beautiful to grow, we have to create the conditions that will allow it to develop. The same is true in the ecology of the mind.” -Gabor Maté

My therapy services

With compassionate support and practical tools, I’ll help you start to feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.

Anxiety

When your mind won't stop scanning for the next thing. We'll figure out what sets it off, what keeps it going, and build tools that work when you're in it.

Depression

When everything takes more effort than it should and you don't quite feel like yourself. We'll talk about what's underneath it, push back on the patterns keeping you stuck, and reconnect you with what matters.

Trauma & PTSD

What happened to you shaped how you move through the world. We'll go at your pace toward a steadier sense of safety in your own body and life.

How I work

Evidence-based, trauma-informed,
and paced by you

Our sessions are first and foremost a conversation. You won't be talked at, diagnosed at, or handed a worksheet and sent home. We start with what’s bringing you here.

What you're carrying has been shaped by where you come from, what you've lived through, and the world around you, so we look at those things as well.

We work at a pace you can sustain, we build on the strengths you already have, and you stay in charge of where this goes.

You will feel nothing short of seen and respected.

About Chelsea

I want you to have a sense of who I am as a person, because you’re choosing a person, and not just booking a service.

I'm a native Houstonian, a fourth-generation Texan, and Afro-Latina. I hold a BSW and an MSW from Baylor University, and I've been a licensed social worker in Texas since 2016 - a decade of clinical work across victim services, foster care, disaster and humanitarian relief, and mental health.

Before we start working together,
